How do we know we are relationally healthy? In Philippians 4:2-9, we see how important it is for Christians to be at peace with one another. We can do this by choosing to rejoice in the Lord, not be anxious but instead submit our requests to God, and to meditate on good things. In all these, the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
