The Eagles are Super Bowl LIX CHAMPIONS!!!

The birds walked into the Superdome with one goal in mind...dismantle the Chiefs and finish the season-long goal of winning a Super Bowl...and damn did they ever.

In STUNNING fashion, the Eagles blew the doors off of the Chiefs in one of the most lopsided Super Bowls in modern history.

Jalen Hurts was ON-POINT. The Chiefs game plan clearly focused on Saquon, Hurts took it to the Chiefs and made them pay with multiple highlight-reel throws.

The defense had one of the greatest Super Bowl performances of all-time, led by a front 4 attack that was just absolutely decimating the Chiefs O-line.

Picks by Coop and Baun sealed the deal and the Eagles won a COMFORTABLE Super Bowl. Wild.

That's it...the Eagles are one game away from their 2nd Lombardi trophy in franchise history.

Standing in their way is the dynasty of the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes...a familiar foe.

We think the Eagles have what it takes to topple the giant, now comes the hard part...doing it.

It's gonna be one for the ages on Super Bowl Sunday...and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Here we go...the Linc will HOST the NFC Championship Game this weekend between the Eagles and Commanders after a wild upset last weekend in Detroit.

One thing is for certain...the Linc will be ready and rocking on Sunday. The Eagles have an opportunity to reach 2 Super Bowls in 3 seasons.

What we're wondering;

When you look up and down these two rosters, it's clear the Eagles are the better team. Facing the 30th ranked rush defense in the NFL, look for Saquon to continue to play a huge role for the birds on Sunday (captain obvious).

The birds easily dispatched a decimated Packers team in the wild card weekend, and now eye a rematch with the LA Rams...this time in the friendly confines of the LINC.

This game will be won and lost, as many are, in the trenches. If the Eagles continue to have the elite line play they have had on both sides of the ball, the result should be one we are all happy with...

Kenny thinks they win easy. Dave is a little more cautious. We shall see how it all plays out!

The Eagles have WRAPPED the NFC East and now look to head into yet another postseason...but there is some concern because of a lingering concussion suffered by Jalen Hurts. Will he be ready as the Eagles head back to how the season began...a game with the Green Bay Packers, this time a TRUE home game...how rusty will Jalen be? We are also joined by our new friend Packers Kyle from Cali. Good times as always!

Penn State football has a chance to do something huge for the future of this program on Thursday night, and that is to prove they have what it takes to win in a big spot. After cruising through SMU and Boise State, Penn State finds themselves face to face with Notre Dame. It's a winnable game for Penn State, and one that Dave thinks is a MUST-WIN for the program. It will be huge.
