Season 4, Episode 34: Phish Dicks & Vegas Recaps with Chef Kyle Foster of Pirate Alley joining the party

We recap the long Labor Day weekend, with Phish shows in our backyard, Estphest going down & Kip sneaking off to Vegas... luckily we got back in time for Denver Food & Wine! We crown our Next Lever Vegetarian Challenge winner & then dive in to the good stuff. Chef Kyle joins us just before he opens the doors to his new southern-American restaurant, Pirate Alley, which opens September 8th at 1801 Wynkoop. We goof off with Chef, talk about his work history and how they found their new home just blocks from Union Station and Coors Field. Epic guest talking dank eats from their new digs.
