The Philadelphia Flyers will draft 12th in the first round, as well as have one of the final four picks in the first round as well, as a result of the Florida Panthers reaching the conference final.
Philly may have a pair of second round picks as well, a compensatory pick (#51) as a result of not signing Jay O’Brien, and potentially #36 from Columbus, but the Blue Jackets have until the end of the first round to let the Flyers know if they’re surrendering this year’s or next year’s second rounder.
With a possible 4 picks in the top 51, Philadelphia has a chance to fill a ton of roster holes, and there isn’t a bigger hole than at center. Today, Charlie & Bill are breaking down the center prospects the Flyers may have their eye on.
