After a relatively uneventful July 1 for the Flyers, BSH Radio is back to evaluate whether the team was right to largely stay on the sidelines. But the Flyers did make a few moves, including the contract extension for Jordan Weal and addition of Brian Elliott, both of which our panel seems to like. The question of whether Hextall deserves credit for resolving the Weal situation or blame for letting it get this far is discussed, as is the decision to replace Steve Mason with what very might be an older version of Steve Mason.
