What if the painful experiences you've been trying to forget are the very ones teaching you how to grow?
🪞 Welcome to Phoenix & Raven: House of Mirrors — Episode 9!
This episode, we're joined by our beautiful Aunt Vicky Rister for a heartfelt, spiritual, and sometimes intense conversation about life's hardest lessons, unconditional love, and learning to let go.
Vicky shares personal experiences involving family, grief, spiritual discoveries, and the realization that we cannot fix everything for the people we love. She challenges the usual idea of forgiveness and explains why she has learned to be grateful for the lessons difficult experiences have taught her.
We also explore spiritual guidance, energy, angels, childhood beliefs, self-love, and the importance of becoming an observer rather than absorbing every negative experience.
Whether you connect with Vicky's spiritual beliefs or simply enjoy hearing another perspective, listen with an open mind and take what resonates with you.
✨ Sometimes the mirror doesn't show us what we want to see. Sometimes it shows us what we're ready to learn.
🎙️ Hosts: Phoenix Rayne & Raven Lyric

What happens when the person who spends so much time helping everyone else finally has to look in the mirror herself?
In Episode 8 of Phoenix & Raven: House of Mirrors, Tamesha gets real about the parts of herself she had to confront along the way.
We talk about growing up biracial, anger, family, relationships, self-love, trauma, spirituality, astrology, the masks we learn to wear, and the things we sometimes carry without realizing how much they are affecting us.
But one moment in this conversation really says it all:
“I was avoiding being my own test subject.”
Tamesha shares what it was like to realize that understanding other people wasn't enough—she had to be willing to turn that same attention toward herself.
We go deeper into what can be underneath anger, why we sometimes protect ourselves by hiding behind a mask, how childhood experiences can follow us into adulthood, and why learning to love yourself can change the way you show up in relationships.
And toward the end of our conversation, Tamesha leaves us with a message that is simple but powerful:
“Go to therapy. Heal yourself.”
This isn't a conversation about having everything figured out.
It's about being willing to look.
To question.
To feel.
To take off the mask.
And maybe, for once, become your own test subject.

What is the mirror really showing you?
In this episode of Phoenix & Raven: House of Mirrors, we welcome Solar, Phoenix's coach and the creator of the Quantum Leap Intensive, for a deeply personal conversation about mirrors, fear, love, healing, music, and discovering who we really are beneath everything we've been taught to be.
Solar shares her perspective on how our relationships, experiences, fears, beliefs, and even the way we relate to money and other people can become mirrors that reveal something about ourselves.
Phoenix opens up about her own journey of recognizing the mirrors in her life, moving through shadow work, questioning old patterns, and learning to look within rather than constantly searching for external validation.
Together, we explore:
🪞 The mirrors we encounter throughout our lives
❤️ Choosing love instead of fear
🌑 Shadow work and discovering what lies beneath the surface
✨ Letting go of the need to “fix” everything
🔥 Reclaiming the pieces of ourselves we've lost
🌱 Learning to trust our intuition and inner knowing
💫 What it means to live from your own truth
And because this is House of Mirrors, the conversation doesn't end when the interview does…
🪞 BEHIND THE MIRRORAfter Solar says goodbye, Raven & Phoenix continue the conversation—reflecting on what was shared, what resonated, and whatever else comes up when the microphones are still on.
🎁 A Gift From SolarSolar also shared a resource for listeners: The Receiving Reset, an 11-minute, 11-second sound journey, along with her work around The Alchemy of Receiving. She offered this as a gift to viewers who connect with the conversation.

What happens when a part of yourself goes into hibernation?
For Stevie, it was the writer within her.
In this episode of House of Mirrors, Stevie opens up about her journey with writing, creativity, vulnerability, and self-expression—and what it meant to rediscover a part of herself she had allowed to retreat into the background.
Her story isn't simply about becoming a writer. It's about what happens when we quiet the parts of ourselves that once made us feel most alive. Through poetry, storytelling, travel, personal experiences, and reflection, Stevie explores how writing became a way to process life, navigate emotions, understand herself, and eventually find her voice again.
Raven Lyric and Phoenix Rayne talk with Stevie about visibility, vulnerability, healing, creativity, and the courage it takes to let yourself be seen—not just by others, but by yourself.
Sometimes we don't lose who we are.
Sometimes we simply put that part of ourselves into hibernation.
And sometimes, all it takes is picking up the pen to begin waking it back up.
This is Stevie's journey back to the writer she had hidden—and ultimately, back to herself.

In this episode, Phoenix and Raven get on the mic with no real agenda—just an honest, unfiltered conversation about what has been coming up in their own House of Mirrors since starting the podcast.
They talk about seeing themselves on camera, overthinking, perfectionism, procrastination, nervous talking, embracing their quirks, and learning to stop worrying about whether they're “good enough.” Along the way, the conversation takes a deeper turn into loss, grief, love, attachment, and what it means to heal without losing the connection to the people we love.
This is a real glimpse into Phoenix and Raven figuring it out as they go—laughing at themselves, getting vulnerable, going down a few rabbit holes, and reminding each other why they started this podcast in the first place.
No filter. No perfection. Just two cousins looking in the mirror and figuring out what they see.
Because sometimes the biggest mirrors are the ones we never expected to find.

Welcome to Phoenix & Raven: House of Mirrors—where we break the illusions and get fucking real.
In Episode 3, Phoenix takes us somewhere deeply personal.
We talk about addiction, trauma, the devastating loss of her son, and the spiritual awakening that emerged from some of the darkest moments of her life.

It's about what happens when the things you once believed no longer make sense.
What is God when you stop accepting someone else's definition?
What happens when grief changes you?
What does a spiritual awakening actually look like when it's messy, painful, confusing, and completely unplanned?
And what if healing isn't about becoming the person you were before the trauma—but becoming the person you were always meant to be?
From the Dark Night of the Soul to Supernatural, from grief to self-discovery, Phoenix shares the experiences that helped her begin reclaiming her power and stepping into her own Heroine's Journey.
