Brian Knox started B Knox Photography in Greenville, South Carolina in early 2020 a few weeks before the coronavirus pandemic hit. We recently sat down with him at Kaffeine Coffee Shop and Roastery in the heart of downtown Simpsonville, SC.

Steve and Debbie Goss opened Kaffeine in 2019. It was one of the first businesses to open in the gorgeous renovation of the historic Burdette Central Building. They serve amazing coffee and some of the most mouth watering pastries around.
