While investing in Ontario, simultaneously running a Property Management company, Adrian also operates his investment group and raises capital to venture into partnerships on properties that can be flipped or BRRRR'd. Although he operates primarily in the Hamilton Real Estate market, his methods can be applied anywhere in Canada.
