In this video, Isaiah Henry explains how he effectively invest in real estate and manages properties remotely.

Remote real estate is a hard job and not many people can do it. Isaiah has developed a system that allows him to manage properties all over Ontario, because of this he is able to invest in cities like Sault Ste Marie real estate.

Isaiah was faced with many naysayers at the beginning of his journey telling him working as a remote real estate investor was not going to work out. His work in real estate brought him closer and closer to quit his day job starting with minimizing his hours and focus on how to manage and invest in properties in the Sudbury real estate market as well as the Timmins real estate market, all from the comfort of his own home. You may find yourself wondering if quitting your day job is a good idea and Isaiah is proof that with some hard work, you can. In order to work from home you have to be able to depend on your employees that are out in the field, in order to do that you have to ask yourself how to build a power team that you can depend on? Through trial and error, Isaiah built himself a team he can always rely on.

You can still be a professional landlord even if you have not stepped foot on the property. It is crucial to do a tenant screening for landlords so that Isaiah knows he can rely on his tenants if a problem were to arise since he is not around to use his landlord tools in person.

Isaiah didn't get to where he is by luck, he has taken real estate programs to learn more about the industry as he continues to grow his business all over Ontario. All of this work can be overwhelming but you don't have to do everything on your own. To keep his investments organized Isaiah uses property management software, such as Stessa Cash Management, which allows him to have a digital file organization method to keep track of all his finances. 

Remember to always pay attention to the Ontario rent laws when building out your system if investing in Ontario. When building out your personal brand, social media real estate management is particularly important for building on your existing work.
