In this episode of The Property Hustlers Show we sat down with Alvin Wong who shares with us his method of investing in properties in Southern Ontario while also working as a registered  nurse for his day job.

Alvin Wong is a real estate investor, registered nurse, and has become an expert at investing in properties in Sudbury Ontario real estate. He started off working in the Windsor real estate market but after discussions with his real estate investing coach he realized he was using the BRRRR strategy incorrectly and then found more success in Sudbury. Another reasons for this is because he was now able to do remote real estate and with nurses underpaid he took advantage of this opportunity. Not many people think that Sudbury would be the best place to invest property in but Alvin states that it all has to do with delay gratification.

Working in healthcare real estate Alvin has come to learn how big of an asset it is that he went to school of nursing and is also a registered nurse. Working in healthcare will always be a steady job and that leads him to be able to build strong joint venture partnerships. His nursing business background allows him to use good communication skill in relationships so that he is able to build a strong landlord tenant relationship. Alvin deals with conflict when dealing with cash for keys Ontario but his nursing background and personhood allows him to be able to create a safe environment for everybody involved.
