Dr. F Scott Feil shares his personal story of failure and success in the physical therapy profession. He talks about failing the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) three times and the impact it had on his career and personal life. Despite the setbacks, he persevered, learned from his failures, and went on to have a successful career as a physical therapist, educator, and business owner. He emphasizes that failure is not the end and encourages others who have failed their exams to keep going and pursue their dreams.
