Monique was the victim of a sexual assault when she was younger. The repressed assault caused havoc with her mind and body leading to episodes of psychosis and stays within mental health facilities.

 This is Moniques healing through her at times harrowing InBetween stage. She is one brave woman telling her story, sharing these kinds of stories are healing as much for the victim as much as it is for others who also have experienced the same. Repressed trauma can wreak havoc on the mind body and your over all health and wellbeing.

Monique is now a wellness coach within the NDIS sector and has started her own coaching business Ardour Wellness.
