Happy New Year! First week of January started off rocky, but slowly Sophia is bouncing back and finding herself more and more every day. Lots of dates, lots of friend zoned moments, new friendships being built, and future plans. I think this year will be a good one, let's hope.

Sophia went on Instagram to ask her followers if they needed any advice w/ relationships, dates, friends, etc. There is great value in listening to what others have to share! Often other people can recognize things about you that you are unable to see in yourself.

I think I'm used to being left out, I'm used to being the second choice or the backup. I'm fine, I think. Normalize being your own first choice.

Most people look forward to weekends. They are a time to hang out with friends, get a break from work, and have fun. But for Sophia, weekends seem like a long drag. Friday nights have never felt more alone.

Sometimes you can't help yourself to compare your life to other peoples, but what's that ever gonna do for you? On this episode, we talk about different journeys in life and losing friends. Idk if I'm fighting my demons or if I AM the demon.

We find any way to pick ourselves apart and create insecurities that never used to be there. Comparing ourselves to how we used to look, or how everyone around us looks. Killing us slowly, it seems to be a never ending cycle of hating ourselves.
