Chad will let us know what happened this past season with the football team, future highlights, and a little bit of wisdom concerning the future of his students.

On tonight’s episode we have with us our friend Chuck Chapman. Chuck is a musician, actor, artist, poet, and recently published author. He has recently penned a book that has been published in titled “Family Man.” The account is regarding Charlie Manson, and his crimes that happened in Southern California in the late 1960s. Into the tale is woven the account of “Shep” ...a young man from South Carolina who joined in the debauchery.

On tonight‘s episode… We have with us Steve Howard. Our friend Steve is opening a new hot Rod shop right here in the city of Pickens on the corner of Main and S. Catherine St. He goes into detail about where he’s from, what he wants to do in the future with the shop, and where he sees himself in the future regarding community events and cruise in’s. All the verses, and all the choruses. Around the year 2000 I caught wind of a band named “Marble Rye.” They were still in college at Southern Wesleyan University. Though the name of the band was catchy, I was pretty sure it was a spoof on a certain Seinfeld episode for sure. The lead singer, David Swift, had a spectacular voice that I just had to hear more of. If you know us, we love live music and this was the band that hit the spot that day. Listen, enjoy, and share… Because it’s lights camera action for all of us.

Today we have our friends from Paper Kahnu on the show. Paper Kahnu is a local band to the Pickens area. They are a jam band that plays cover tunes and has many original songs as well. They enjoy the Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic, the Allman Brothers and others in a similar genre. Tune in today they have a better understanding of who they are, where they came from, and where they’re headed!

In today’s episode we catch up with Fletcher Perry, the mayor of the city of Pickens, South Carolina. Today was his one year anniversary since his swearing in and inauguration ceremony. He lets us know who he is, our cities doing, and where we are headed as a community.
