Summer will be coming to an end soon, so Antie Joan thought she better get her car in and get its air conditioner working as it should before Winter comes. Ontie’s home town, Oxford, CT, was devistated by a 1000-year flood and many of her childhood haunts were washed away. Our hearts go out to all those who are dealing with the damages and aftermath.

We introduce a new segment called, “Antie Joan’s Fun Facts,” which will provide you with fascinating information you never knew you didn’t need to know.

The Aunties step into the time machine and review “Beetlejuice,” the original made in 1988, in preparation for “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” which will be coming out this month. There’s a new Bingo game in town and the Aunties will be checking it out! It’s Boozy Bingo and has Ontie’s name written all over it. Watch this space to find out if they had to rent a moving van to haul their winnings home.

Antie Joan discovered that the Meals on Wheels in Boulder has more to offer than just delivered meals. They have a café and convenience store that sells pies, quiches, pizzas, soups, and many other things you would find in a local convenience store.

Ontie found the Handymen of her dreams. Not only do they complete listed tasks, but their communication is top level!

“Bodkin” is the movie dujour and “Hilton for the Stay” is the commercial we just have to talk about.
