आपण सगळेच कुठेतरी एका पुलावर उभे आहोत — एका बाजूला आपली पिढी — Gen X — जी जबाबदारी, मूल्यं आणि अनुभव घेऊन चालते,आणि दुसऱ्या बाजूला आपली मुलं — Gen Z — जी स्वप्नं, स्वतंत्र विचार आणि स्वतःचं जग घेऊन उभी आहेत. कधी कधी आपलं बोलणं “lecture” वाटतं,आणि त्यांचं बोलणं आपल्याला “attitude” वाटतं. मग मध्ये उरतो — मौनाचा पूल. हा पूल म्हणजे “संवादाचा पूल.” पण तो नेहमी मजबूत असतो का?कधी कधी तो डळमळतो, कधी तुटतो, आणि कधी फक्त शांततेच्या पाण्यात हरवतो. आज आपण हाच पूल पुन्हा बांधूया.

We are all standing somewhere on a bridge — on one side is our generation, Gen X — carrying responsibility, values, and experience; and on the other side are our children — Gen Z — standing with dreams, independent thoughts, and their own world.

Sometimes, what we say sounds like a “lecture” to them, and what they say feels like “attitude” to us.
In between remains — the bridge of silence.

This bridge is meant to be a bridge of dialogue, of connection.
But is it always strong?
Sometimes it trembles, sometimes it breaks, and sometimes it simply disappears into the quiet waters of unspoken words.

Today, let’s rebuild that bridge again.
