In this episode of Pieces of My Heart, I get vulnerable and share some of my ponderings around letting go, why I love Winnie the Pooh, and where I’m really at in my faith right now. I ask some honest questions about faith, peace, and what it looks like to actually be present.

I touch on shame, perfectionism, burnout, and the pressure to have everything figured out. More than anything, this episode is a reminder that it’s okay not to know exactly where you’re headed — and that the journey matters just as much as the destination.

This first episode is a little bit of an introduction to me, to this space, and to why I wanted to create it in the first place.

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the stories that shape us—the relationships, heartbreaks, starting over, motherhood, faith, healing, joy, mistakes, and all the messy and beautiful parts of being human.

Pieces of My Heart is a place to talk about those things honestly. I’ll share pieces of my own story, have conversations with other people, and hopefully create a space where we can laugh, cry, learn, and maybe feel a little less alone.

This first episode was recorded in one take, and I decided to leave it that way. No perfect script. No trying to make it something it isn’t. Just me, sharing a little piece of my heart.
