Pigeon Radio Australia

Today we honour the life and legacy of Graham “Davo” Davidson, one of the true icons of the SCF and a man whose passion for racing pigeons shaped generations of flyers across New South Wales and beyond. Known simply as “Davo” to almost everyone in the sport, he was a flyer of immense knowledge, humility, and dedication — the kind of pigeon man whose influence will be felt long after his passing.

In tribute to him, we are re‑sharing this special interview recorded on Pigeon Radio Australia on Tuesday, 13 January 2015. In this conversation, Davo speaks openly about his racing career, his methods, his love for the birds, and the deep commitment he carried for the sport. It captures his voice, his personality, and the wisdom that made him a respected figure throughout the pigeon community.

This episode now stands as a living piece of history — a chance for all flyers to hear Davo in his own words, to remember his character, and to celebrate the legacy he leaves behind.

Rest in peace, Davo. A true racing pigeon legend whose knowledge, passion, and spirit will never be forgotten.

They also compare Metrosole and DiMetrosole, outlining how each product performs under real racing and breeding conditions.

The conversation continues with a clear breakdown of last week’s WPF Birchip cancellation — what happened, why the decision was made, and the implications for flyers across Victoria. This episode delivers straight, factual information to help fanciers stay informed and prepared.
