For anyone who is struggling and would like more information on what services are available to you, here is a really useful overview of mental health services in England and how they operate

https://www.rethink.org/advice-and-information/living-with-mental-illness/treatment-and-support/nhs-mental-health-teams/

SANE - aim of improving the quality of life of people and families experiencing mental health

Rethink Mental Illness - wealth of resources with these guys
