How can we know that the resurrection of Jesus is true? As Christians, our difference from other religion that the One that we follow has risen from the dead. It is not a myth nor a legend and it can be proven historically. When the Apostles had seen the risen Christ, they became bold with their faith. The teachings of these uneducated men were the foundations of the early Christian church and is now being studied by scholars. Because Christ rose on the third day, I, too, am hopeful and confident that one day, I will have an eternal resurrected body. For the promise of the resurrection stood, so as our future promise of heaven with Christ will. And this assurance is our motivation in this life to live a life like citizens of heaven already while here on earth, causing us to make wise use of time, money and energy. I know all us have asked, “how to we know that the resurrection is true? On top of that how do we know that the NT is even reliable where the the truth of resurrection is written?
I would like to engage with arguments against NT reliability and provide answers that supports the NT its sufficiency and trustworthiness. For we if we can answers in the Scriptures, and teachings in agreement with the Scriptures it sharpens, not only mentally, but also spiritually. They bolster our faith in our walk with God.
