Pillow Talk

A read from tarot brings me reflection, solitude and evolvement. Ascending is never an easy process and nobody really knows how to do it until its time to truly ASCEND!!! As human beings its natural to feel you must stay connected with everyone and everything. But there comes a point in everyone's life where they must step away to decide what is truly the best option for them. Determination equipped with knowledge is a lonely yet powerful skill to acquire, because once you've discovered how to continuously better yourself, you began to eliminate every and anything that you see no true gain from...

Pull up ya yoga mat, ya moonstone, ya sage and some backwoods!! We getting into meditation and the benefits of controlling your mind. I know, I know I've been AWAY. Tune in as I speak on different ways to find your inner zen and understand how the mind can in fact HEAL you.

Happy Black History Month!! Even though we should be celebrating our culture everyday, lets take this month to reflect and admire how far we have come. I enjoy the freedom of expression that black people have, we are not afraid to speak our truths whether it be pain, joy or both. Maya Angelou is a black iconic HERO. From her memorable voice to her captivating words, she embodies the black experience like no other. As a black woman I can't help but be compelled to live in her truths and take her words as though they were my very own.

Today and everyday we celebrate "Maya Angelou". #HappyBlackHistoryMonth.

A motivator and all around light of peace, Qween Le reminds us that things aren't suppose to be easy, but anytime your feeling overwhelmed or just out of it... remember .. "Just Breathe".. Get some wisdom and nurturing energy from this amazing interview!!
