Cause that KARMA will F____K ya up!! Chicagoland songstress China Shadae came through representing for the ladies this episode! Speaking on her new single "Self-Sabotage" and her other heartfelt singles like "Karma", she didn't hesitate to preach to the ladies. The soft yet profoundly spoken artist is a woman who uses her own life lessons to paint a vivid story through sound. DEADASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, was all I could say man lmao!! A few weeks back my black ass was in New York City, the Big APPLE, The city that never EVER sleeps. Courtesy of RichBoundENT, I had the pleasure of covering the 2023 Daze Summit located in New York. Heavy hitters like Quality Control, Deaf Jam, Hot97 and more were in the building!! Networking was LIT and so welcoming which was a slightly different feeling that the midwest. Exploring the Big Apple was life changing, from seeing Times Square to riding through the Brooklyn Bridge, and eating pizza from three different spots to PROVE Chicago's is Better. This was the BEST trip I've ever experienced as a media personnel and I can't wait for more to come. #RichboundENT

OMG why am I late dropping my recap on the COMEBACK of Daniel Caesar!!!! Now wait a second, this was a comeback I was kind of on the fence about. Idk if yall remember when he made some racial slurs, but I DO and I played the clip just for yall in the episode lol Back with new music he needs sales.. point blank period. SOOO is the apology really genuine? Marques Houston and his young ass wife... yea it's alot of layers with that. Rants & RAVE with Robin E.

Whewww back with another ONE and this time I was in the city with it at one of the top creative collective spots, T R I B E HOUSE!!! They got me back here in the cut with a dope setup and my logo up, let me just say this spot is DOPE!!! Owner and creator Derik Martin didn't hold ANYTHING BACK during our interview. Originally from the Big Apple, he came to the Midwest wanting to bring a new feeling of creativity. Giving the Chicago creative scene a space BIGGER than most, T R I B E house offers variety, originality and exclusivity. Although music showcases are common, T R I B E house strives to offer an experience that is needed. From the art on the walls, to the intricate events and the memorable people, T R I B E house is the safe space for any and all creative souls.

Just HML gang, Chicago hip-hop artist Leo w3ST slid through the purple room FINALLY, and babyyy he had all of the stories to tell. Speaking on his latest release the 16-track album "Just HML" Leo w3ST gives tribute to his hometown like no other. One of the rising sounds coming from the Midwest, his music is both classic and futuristic. I had to ask him about the album creation process because how do you know WHEN it's finished? Spoiler alert (we listened to some singles lol ) and the 10 minutes of honesty just took the cake. Because listen, he had Mcdonalds trapped out!!!

Tune in now and follow Leo on IG@westshield92

If you a victim of generational curse say YOOOOOOOO !!! Midwest artist Mr.Richbound slid to the purple room to mention music briefly lol. An artist who has experienced life, is taking the lead in influencing the next generation. Speaking on his vision of promoting generational wealth, financial literacy, and the push to change your legacy is inspiring AF. Hearing what he went through while incarcarated was emotinal, but the ideas that poured from his time away will put some fire under yall ASS!!! Getting ready to headline a major show in Brooklyn, while creating seminars for his people, he's so much more than music.

Tune in now!!

RANTINGGGGG and RAVINGGG because yall seem to only listen when I talk SHITTT. Baby this whole let me borrow $20 or $500 has folks forgetting common sense. We are in the supply and demand era HEAVY, women are demanding money and yall asses just giving it to them all willy nilly. Now lets be clear, a trick is a trick and I'm not bashing anyone who identifies as such, but there has to be a line SOMEWHERE!!! As always inspiration from Twitter along with personal life has me questioning my own damn existence. But the notion that women can ask men for money but men can't do the same is BRAZY!!! But what does this actually say about society? The RED FLAGS are flagging!!! Tune in now!!

Serenading the ladies like no other, my boy music artist T.Smooth stops by the #purpleroom!! Representing a small town, he's worked overtime to build his brand and audience. Promoting the remix joint to the tantalizing "Rnb Vibes" single, T.Smooth touched on so much more than music. I had the pleasure of touring with him and when I tell ya he makes sure everyone is enjoying themselves!!! Slanging bracelets harder than crack in the 80's, T.Smooth has a dedicated following that's always holding him down.
