Kylah Rose is a guest on the Podcast today. 3 years ago Kylah was asleep in bed with her baby when a gunshot was fired through her window and into her bedroom - missing her by only 1 metre. Kylah talks to me today about the shooting, and the trauma it caused. She also discusses how she has healed some of her internal wounds from the event. An inspiring story about a woman who has faced trauma head on and healed.
The Podcast today is about 75 days Hard. It's my first solo podcast, and I chat about the new personal challenge I have embarked on. 75 days hard where I follow a few strict rules every day for 75 days straight. I am 14 days into the challenge, and it has turned out to be more than a physical thing, more than just loosing weight. It has opened up so many new experiences - from yoga to squad swimming. It has made me look at the people around me - helped me to pin point the people who's presence helps me to grow as a person. I remember reading a quote once that said we should never be the smartest person in the room - and if we realise that we are then we are in the wrong room. This challenge has encouraged me to consciously surround myself with people who are going to stretch my thinking, challenge my ideas and cheer me on, those people who have more knowledge about particular subjects than I do. It is from this place that we grow - mind body and soul. The people who support our dreams, are interested in our thoughts and the people who ask the questions that inspire us to think outside of the box.
This weeks episode features special guest, Kate James. We discuss the power of meditation, her new book and she talks about how we find purpose and value in life. Many of us experience feelings of being stuck in the wrong life and disconnected from our true selves. Australian mindfulness expert Kate offers some different approaches to thinking that can dramatically change our lives. This podcast is all about negotiating transformation and change.
The Podcast today is a quickfire get to know us question round where we answer 25 questions honestly. We discuss everything from our tattoos to our bad habits to our sexual preferences to opinions on porn..... this one is a mixed bag of all of the thoughts and secrets we have. Hope that you enjoy!
Podcast Episode 4 and today we have, special guest Nicky Beschi on the bed. Nicky is a kinesiologist and today is discussing the Power of the womb, hormone imbalances in females. She is chatting about birth trauma, both from our own births or the trauma in giving birth. She discusses the sacral Chakra, the powerful energy of the womb and of our monthly cycle for creativity. A deep and interesting look into how our body speaks to us to tell us about the sub concious feelings that we have stuck inside us. Please go check out Nicky's website https://www.nickybeschi.com for more information on kinesiology, physical trauma, healing and conciousness.

This week Gianna had an accident, broke her pelvis and injured her vagina. So on the podcast we have been speaking about her injury and how it will heal. This led us to talk in more depth about our vagina's, What they look like? What's normal? Do we like them? What do we call them? What do men think about them?
Intuition, trusting that what is for you will not go by you. All you have to do is ask the universe for guidance and it will provide all the answers that you need. Stop pushing on a door that says pull. Maybe try a different door. The things, the people and the experiences that are meant for us will present themselves. All you have to do is trust in the process.
This podcast is a discussion about addiction, behaviours and crutches that we have used throughout our lives to ease personal pain, or to avoid the stresses of life. Our chat circulates around the book "think like a monk" by Jay Shetty. He encourages us to stop numbing feelings with alcohol or sex or drugs, to face ourselves, to face fear, to sit in the feelings we have and to question where they have come from. The root of our feelings is the key to understanding self.
Pillow talk with Gina is a podcast all about the things mind, body and soul. This week in the very first episode I have my good friend Gianna in bed with me to discuss sex. We talk about how sex has changed since our twenties, changed since we had children, how our desire and interest in sex has changed and evolved over time. The podcast is also available to watch on You Tube.
