Pillows on the Windows

Neither vaccines nor mulch can stand in the way of another powerhouse Pillows on the Windows. This week, we talk about feardotcom.com's crazy rooms, Princess Mononoke's scampering wood children, the majestic melodrama of All About My Mother, and the Hollywood Blockbuster that is "Gunda." And Hook!

And the Academy Award for Best Filum Podcast goes to: Pillows on the Windows?!?

Oh my gosh thank you thank you. First of all I need to thank Showgirls, I wouldn't be here without that pool scene. I also have to thank Whisper of the Heart: COUNTRY ROOOADS! Haha you know what I'm talking about. And Haxan back home, it's past your bedtime mister ;)

Oh jeez they're playing me off ok ok um I want to thank Julie, Julia, The Snyder Cut, The Rental, Son of the Mask, Popstar, The Band Wagon, Ocean's 11, Ocean's 12, Final Fantasy The Spirits Within, and of course Wings! SOUND OF METAL WAS ROB--

Carly and Tucker yet live! We're back and ready to bet some money on Saw spinoffs. Also, we talk about: Moulin Rouge!, Pom Poko, Singing in the Rain, 3 Women, Solaris, Solaris, Project X, Michael Clayton, and Looney Tunes Back in Action.

Carly and Tucker were off dismembering themselves and drinking Japanese garbagecoffee for a week, so MICHAEL AND CHRISTIAN ARE BACK, BABY! Join them on a deep dive into the fisticuffin', bad accentin' genre of filum known as noir.

How to record a classic episode: Eat a bunch of pizza. Fall asleep at 6pm. Wake up 20 minutes before the podcast. Drink bad canned coffee. Talk about Space Jam 2, A Cross the Universe, Clockwatchers, Ocean Waves, Godzilla v King Kong, Animal Crackers, and Popstar. And then destroy Tucker's favorite segment so thoroughly that it can never be recovered.

We celebrate Liar's Day by doing the funniest thing imaginable: talking about movies on a podcast. Said movies include: Porco Rosso, White Noise, Love & Basketball, Synecdoche NY, Sex Lies and Videotape, Kajillionaire, and Annihilation! Some of these movies are hard to list because they have commas in their names! I'VE OMITTED THE COMMAS >:^)

Do you have a podcast segment you enjoy? Well don't let Carly near it, because she is filled with hate and wants only to destroy. But I'm not bitter! I'm just here to talk about Kiki's Delivery Service, 13 Going on 30, 1408, The Lady Eve, Daisies, The Informant!, Raya and the Last Dragon, Shaun the Sheep, and unfulfilling canned coffee.

Note: I had to switch to skype audio near the end so apologies to yr eardrums

In the midnight hour, we talked about movies more, more, more. Including: My Neighbor Totoro, Attack the Block, The World's End, Margaret, Fantasia 2000, Home on the Range, Barb and Star, Saint Maud, and the boring Godzilla movie!
