When Co-Owner, Jeff, is a commercial airline pilot and Co-Owner and Head Brewer, Rachael, focuses on small batch experimental beer, Pilot Brewing Company was the name that just made sense. We've said it many times and we'll keep saying it, the beer industry has some of the best plays-on-words!

With a focus on quality beer, quality service, and a quality experience, the Cicerone Program plays a very important role at Pilot Brewing. Every employee at Pilot Brewing has earned at least Level One of this beer servers certification. Rachael currently sits at Advanced Cicerone (Level 3). She's in the process of pursuing Master Cicerone (Level 4) - a very impressive feat. There are only 19 others around the world!
