We started this Podcast with the hop of educating those that seek to better themselves through fitness. In season one we will cover a ton of topics related to fitness and weight loss. These topics will be covered from 2 perspectives.
1) Jameson- Jameson sheds light on living with obesity most of his life, and the changes he made to drop close to 100lbs!
2) Patriel- Patriel sheds light on the ins and outs of the fitness industry. He draws on his background of 5 years as a personal trainer to share useful knowledge and advice.
In episode one Patriel and Jameson introduce themselves and their backgrounds. Jameson talks about his struggles with obesity and his heart condition. Patriel goes into detail about his background in the fitness industry and what he has learned over his 5 years as a personal trainer.
Afterwards they dive into common pitfalls people face when trying to lose weight or get healthier. Jameson shares his experience with different diets he has tried and Patriel talks about the different fad diets he has had experience with and the overall outcome of unsustainable plans.
