Hi I'm Louise, and this is Jeez Louise, the survival guide to your twenties.

I'm a 25 year old French woman, with a fairly international background. I decided to hop on this personal project as it meant a lot to me to open the discussion on what builds your twenties, you know, this weird decade where you suddenly become a young adult and have all these responsibilities and yet still want to enjoy every day as it was the last?

I'm fully in it, and I've learnt so much about myself and my close ones along the way, it's an exciting and confusing time, so I'm launching this community so that we can share about our own experiences, maybe give guidance and tackle the years upon us. We'll talk personal and professional life, all the first times: sex, kiss, apartment, job, therapy... all of it! I'll break down this podcast with short solo episodes and longer ones with amazing guests I find inspiring.

Because we all have crazy anecdotes that shaped us during this decade, whether you're 20 now, 34 or 53, our twenties are a huge part of who you are today, so let's dive right into it.
