生活就像調味劑,更高品質的生活,才能調製出更具品味的人生。而人生,就好比一場時光性的旅行,只有在旅途中細細品味,才能品出更高品質的生活!
人生如歌,生活中的工作,成了主旋律,不論你是熱愛,還是不喜,它始終還是主流。而閒暇之餘的伴奏,便和它組成了一首完整的歌!能否譜寫出完美的樂章,取決於自己!生活有時也像喝一杯咖啡:酸、澀、甜、苦……細細品味,苦澀中帶著酸甜, 酸甜中夾雜著香醇,香醇中瀰漫出清香……。品質決定品位,品者決定品味!期待不是奢華,希望不是夢想。人生,需要充滿期望,理應有憧憬!生活的格調,在於你的品味,產品的質量,在於你的選擇。
選擇 (Choices):
對書籍、音樂、運動,乃至藝術品的喜好,很多時候,都能反映出一個人的品味。我們一生中欲求許多東西,而一個懂得他所欲求的是什麼的人,是有品味的。因此,品味亦是一個人的需求與價值觀。
Our choices are our thoughts. Our thoughts let us practice them in life. Moreover, our thoughts follow our values, and our values are the things that we believe are important in the way we live and work. Our personal values are a central part of who we are and who we want to be. When the things that we do and the way we behave match our values, life is usually good—we’re satisfied and content. But when these don’t align with our personal values, it can be a real source of unhappiness. Life can be much easier when we acknowledge our values. When we really feel good, we are making great choices. In other words, when we identify and understand our values, we can use them as a guide to make the best choice in any situation.
當下 (Now):
生活品質,需要時間才能達成。所以要顧生活品質,需要有充裕的時間,也就是需要很專注於當下。當下拍攝快樂的照片,即可回味無窮。用「心」去拍攝自己快樂的感覺,很棒。遇到快樂的時光時,請放慢自己對時間的感知,以一種彈性的生活態度,慢慢去咀嚼、品味。嘗試自己不要用頭腦去思考,而是集中心思於當前時刻。當我們失去了對「過去」的追念,也不再擁有對「未來」的幻想時,整個世界都是屬於我們的。
We all deserve to have calm and peaceful minds. With thoughts like, “I’m capable. I’m worthy. My time is now,” they lead us to the extraordinary lives. That moment when we first open our eyes is one of the best moments of the day. It is grateful that we are alive, and there will be opportunities that surround us. We need to take a moment to be thankful for the things, relationships, and opportunities we have. Whatever our dreams are, whatever goals we are working toward, it is built in the moments we choose to live in. Those moments show that we are brave enough to reach out and grab onto with our both hands. When we search for these moments with a positive attitude, we will find that they appear more frequently than we thought! Once we are in a place where we are open to seize the moments, life presents to us. With persistence, the right moment will find us. Life is one big circle of moments, and we are all connected. When we seize the day, the whole thing and all the moments make up a day in our life.
感受 (Feelings):
告訴自己,親身的體驗,是多麼令人深刻;告訴自己,自己曾為之付出的努力,是多麼地光榮與喜悅。當快樂、成功來臨時,莫猶豫,立即毫不吝嗇地表揚自己。當我們做每件事情,都以愉快、享受的心情去完成時,就是生活品質的基本條件。自然地將自己的積極情緒,用行為表達出來,是多麼痛快的一件事啊!品質的東西,在給錢那一刻,是心疼的,但在使用的時候,每天都是快樂的,感覺起來特別值得。
Understanding that feelings are benefitting us in some ways is crucial to living an emotionally healthy life. Feelings are fundamental to our experiences of life. Good feelings have a great impact on not only our success but also our quality of life. Feelings are part of our human nature. They give us information about what we’re experiencing things, and help us know how to react them. Feelings are a conscious experience. If we want to improve our lives and increase our awareness, then we have to attune ourselves with good feelings, such as, joy, gratitude, serenity, interest, pride, awe and love. In other words, experiencing feelings like happiness, excitement, joy, hope, and inspiration is vital for us who want to lead happy and healthy lives.
Joy--a sense of elation, happiness, and even exhilaration, often experienced as a sudden spike due to something good happening.
Gratitude--a feeling of thankfulness, for something specific or simply all-encompassing, accompanied by humility and even reverence.
Serenity--a calm and peaceful feeling of acceptance of oneself.
Interest--a feeling of curiosity or fascination that demands and captures our attention.
Hope--a feeling of optimism and anticipation about a positive future.
Pride--a sense of approval of oneself and pleasure in an achievement, skill, or personal attribute.
Amusement--a feeling of lighthearted pleasure and enjoyment, accompanied by smiles and easy laughter.
Inspiration--feeling engaged, uplifted, and motivated by something we witnessed.
Awe--an emotion that is evoked when we witness something grand, spectacular, or breathtaking, sparking a sense of overwhelming appreciation.
Satisfaction--a sense of pleasure and contentment we get from accomplishing something or fulfilling a need.
Relief--the feeling of happiness we experience when an uncertain situation turns out for the best, or a negative outcome is avoided.
Cheerfulness--a feeling of brightness, being upbeat and noticeably happy or chipper; feeling like everything is going our way.
Confidence--a feeling involving a strong sense of self-esteem and belief in ourselves; can be specific to a situation or activity, or more universal.
Contentment--peaceful, comforting, and low-key sense of happiness and well-being.
Enjoyment--a feeling of taking pleasure in what is going on around us, especially in situations like a leisure activity or social gathering.
Optimism--positive and hopeful feeling that encourages us to look forward to a bright future, one in which we believe that things will mostly work out.
Love--the strongest of all positive feelings, along with a willingness to put their needs ahead of our own.
