Pinewood Church

So how do you get to heaven? In this third part of our Final Words series, we explore that very question, looking at what Jesus said to His disciples in John 14. Discover the depth of what Jesus meant when He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life,” and why salvation comes only through putting your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.

In this message based on Esther 4:14-17, we explore the concept of a "fast fix" beyond mere quick solutions. Esther, faced with a critical decision, chooses a counter-cultural Jewish fast, emphasizing three key aspects: a Perspective Fix, where our focus shifts from problems to God; a Priority Fix, aligning our desires with God's priorities; and a Pace Fix, adapting our rhythm to the divine pace. Discover the transformative power of fasting as we delve into biblical examples and understand how it not only changes our circumstances but propels us into God's purpose.

We are grateful to gather together for this Christmas tradition of lighting candles together. The candles symbolize darkness being cast out by the Light of the world, who is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, then you have the light living inside you, and the power to lead others to hope and salvation in a world that can be very dark. God bless you and have a merry Christmas.

*Note: This will be our last in-person service (and podcast) for 2023 as we break for the holidays. A Christmas Eve service will be on YouTube, and we will reconvene at Casey Middle School in Boulder at 10am on January 7, 2024.
