In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, Pinnacle Ai walks through the new Compliance Notice & Consent settings for the website chat widget. If you need a legal notice in chat, or you need a visitor’s yes before your team sends marketing texts or emails, those can now be handled as separate choices instead of one catch-all setting. Inside Sites, your team can add the notice, set consent wording, decide whether the checkbox is required or optional, and choose whether it starts checked. The preview shows what a visitor will see before it goes live. Day to day, that means fewer guesses at follow-up time. Activity details show whether consent was given, whether it was required, and the exact wording shown, so a person on your team can take it from there.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we look at what happens when a customer has to bounce between a portal, a course, a community, and an invoice just to get one thing done. Pinnacle Ai has updated the Launchpad Dashboard so customers can see courses in progress, community access, shared files, and common next steps when they sign in. Communities are easier to move through, and invoices, estimates, and contracts can now sit in a more central place inside the portal. For your team, that means fewer “where do I click” questions at closing time, after hours, or while someone is standing at the counter. The goal is simple: put the next place in front of the customer, and let your people step in when a real question needs a human answer.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover a calendar booking update that helps when the person booking adds someone else to the appointment, like a spouse, property manager, or coworker. Before, guest details were limited, and one wrong email could leave your team stuck when it was time to confirm or reschedule. Pinnacle Ai now lets you choose what guest information to collect on each calendar, including phone numbers. For new calendars, name, email, and phone are collected by default. Existing calendars stay as they are unless you change them. Guest contacts can also be created or matched during booking, and timezone handling has been improved. The point is cleaner records, fewer follow-up headaches, and a better handoff when your team steps in.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover a calendar update for the owner who needs booking rules to match the days the team is actually open. Pinnacle Ai now lets clients book, view, and manage appointments from the Client Portal, and the new “Count available days only” setting helps the calendar skip closed days when it calculates date ranges and minimum notice. That matters when a customer is trying to book after hours, or when the front counter is closing and nobody has time to explain why Tuesday works but Monday doesn’t. The setting works on Meeting Calendars, Services, and Rentals, and it also respects date-specific hours. Your team still owns the appointment. This just helps clients see dates that match your real schedule.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover a checkout snag that can cost you orders: a customer gets a $0 total, then the form still asks for a credit card. That feels wrong to them, whether they’re claiming a free offer, using a discount code, or standing at your front counter near closing time. Pinnacle Ai now lets your team turn off card requirements for $0 orders in the Sell Products element on Forms and Surveys. When the total is $0 and nothing recurring is due, the payment fields are hidden automatically. Free and paid offers can live in the same form without extra cleanup. One limit to know: if the Form or Survey is embedded in a Funnel, the Funnel’s Require Credit Card setting controls it instead.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover appointment booking and management inside the Client Portal. If a customer texts at 8:40pm asking when their appointment is, or calls the front desk to move a time by 30 minutes, your team loses time on simple scheduling tasks. With Pinnacle Ai, clients can now book, view, reschedule, or cancel eligible appointments from the Client Portal, depending on what you allow in calendar settings. They can see upcoming, past, and current appointments, review date, time, and status, and book again without hunting for a separate link. Booking forms can also autofill saved details. Day to day, this means fewer small interruptions at closing time or while you’re in the field. The portal handles basic scheduling, and when a request needs judgment, your team takes over.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover Calendar AI in Pinnacle Ai, built for the owner who needs a booking link but doesn’t want to spend the evening sorting through calendar settings. If a customer is trying to book while you’re still on a job, your calendar needs to show real availability, avoid overlap, and help keep you from getting double-booked. This update lets you describe the calendar you need in plain language, review what’s drafted, make changes if needed, and create the meeting link when it’s right. Day to day, that means less setup work for you and fewer scheduling headaches for your team. Once someone books, the calendar organizes the appointment, and a real person takes it from there.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we look at the new Events section inside Memberships in Pinnacle Ai. If you’ve ever had names in a notebook, payments in another tab, and reminder texts waiting until the front counter slows down, this update puts those moving parts together. Your team can create free events with reservations or paid events with ticket types, pricing, seat limits, sales windows, coupons, attendee questions, and add-ons. You can build the event page, share the details, track registrations, and use workflows for confirmations, reminders, check-in based messages, and follow-up after the event. The routine messages can run in the background, but when someone replies or walks in the door, your team takes it from there.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover a calendar update for the owner who has too many booking links for the same kind of meeting. Pinnacle Ai now lets you add up to 3 duration options to one Personal, Round Robin, Collective, or Event Calendar. That means a customer can choose a 15-minute check-in or a longer planning call from the same link, while available times update to match the length they pick. Your team can also set which duration is pre-selected. Day to day, this helps cut down on duplicate calendars and mixed-up links at the front counter, in the truck, or near closing time. One limit to know: changing duration options won’t modify or cancel appointments that are already booked.Support the show

In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover the new Issue Badge action in Pinnacle Ai Workflows. If you run courses, you’ve probably seen it happen: someone signs up, gets started, makes progress, then goes quiet before finishing. This update helps your team mark progress at the moment it happens, whether that’s after a section, a lesson, or another milestone you choose. Inside Workflows, you can add the Issue Badge action, pick the badge template, and let the workflow send it when the learner reaches that step. That means less manual checking for your team and clearer recognition for the person taking the course. Your team still decides what matters, what badge fits, and when a person should follow up.Support the show
