Konstantin Schimert is a crisis-tested entrepreneur and manager, as well as an experienced consultant and coach. His personal strengths lie in building and leading national and international teams, as well as in strategy development. Lifelong personal growth is the guiding principle that Konstantin Schimert follows every day. He is married and lives with his three children near Lake Starnberg again today.

After extensive world travels (USA, Canada, India), he studied philosophy in Munich, graduating as Dr. phil. Later, executive programs at the Business School St. Gallen and the IHK followed. From 2002 to 2006 certified training as mediator, as well as coach and organizational developer.
