Today we are talking with Dr. Alex Digiacomo. She is a Canadian Psychologist who biked across the country to advocate for access to child and youth mental healthcare. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, three out of four kids in Canada can’t access the mental health care and support they need. Alex has dedicated her career to working with children, teens, and parents navigating through mental health challenges. She is breaking the cycle by bringing awareness to mental health.
