Cocktail of the Week: Pisco Sour
· 3 oz Pisco
· 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
· ¾ oz Simple Syrup
· 1 Egg White
Shake allingredients with ice.
Strain out icewith Hawthorn Strainer.
Shake againwithout ice, (“dry shake”)
Pour intochilled cocktail couple
Add 3 drops AngosturaBitters. Use small knife to make adesign.
