Pittsburgh leaders respond after a gigantic container ship rammed into Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge early today, causing it the main span to collapse and plunge into the river below. Several vehicles fell into the water with rescuers searching for as many as seven people. Two people were rescued, one has critical injuries. Former NTSB Chairman Robert Sumwalt told CBS video of the collision shows a lot of smoke coming from the container ship just before the collision:
