Despite having ample siblings and  being the youngest he decided to not let that hold him back. Not being popular but more laid back after graduating he tested college out and decided that it was not for him and was not interested in community college or online.  Because of having children he decided to take a career in painting to make ends meet but then picked up a camera. The beginning of ShotByShawn begins , first he started doing  50 dollar shoots to get his name , fan base  and work out to the public. After succeeding to do so  he was able to introduce artists and also meet stunna2fly. Stunna was able to help him further his career by giving him the push he needed  to take things serious.
