Pivot Into Purpose

Welcome to episode 33! In this episode I talk about what it means to be absorbed in our thinking vs. being absorbed in our being. Our minds have the tendency to be really good at talking us out of anything and everything...if we allow it. We live in a very busy society that rarely takes time to care for the mind. Meaning slow down, get quiet and just be. As a result, we have learned to spend far more time thinking about why we shouldn't do things rather than just allowing ourselves to take inspired action and create our dream life. Taking time to just be and truly get aligned with your souls true desires and then learning to take inspired action is where you want to live. I believe the definition of success can change drastically over time and what I have come to realize is success is not just measured in materialistic items but it is also a feeling. True success is not having to choose. True success is living your life on your terms and all of the materialistic things are just a by-product of that. This week I had the honor of having my bestie on the podcast! Theresa is one of my oldest girlfriends and this time last year we both decided to embark on a new journey together. That journey was entrepreneurship. Theresa started her own business organizing and beautifying closets, pantries and any other space in need of some TLC and I started my life coaching business. We have been through a lot together not just throughout our years of friendship but throughout this last year of our brand new journeys.
