Sandy Donovan, Executive Director of BNI South Florida has been a director for over 25 years. One of the most successful in the country, Sandy has won several awards for her region for growth. She believes that being successful is not about building members in her BNI chapters but building with the right members. Are they givers, do they care about others? Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM is a proud Las Vegas Native and graduate from UNLV. He has been practicing commercial real estate since graduating university and obtained his CCIM designation early in his career. The company was founded in 1989 and provides services including commercial property management, brokerage sales and leasing for companies and investors. It is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and has over 40 employees.  Prior to MDL Group Hayim served as a Managing Director of NAI Global Las Vegas (a top 5 commercial real estate company in the world), where he oversaw over 200 unique transactions valued in excess of $90 million annually. Under his direction the company grew from 10 agents to 18 and fee revenue increased 29%.  An experienced leader, Hayim has served as President of both Commercial Marketing Group (CMG) and Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV). He is a graduate of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute (DLI) and altMBA, a leadership workshop founded by Seth Godin.  Hayim remains active in the real estate community serving as 2023 President of CORFAC International, and served as 2022 NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter President. Hayim was recognized as NAIOP President of the Year nationally and NAIOP Southern Nevada was also named 2022 NAIOP Chapter of the Year during his presidency.  Outside of work, Hayim is involved in many aspects of the Las Vegas Jewish community including volunteer work with The Jewish Federation and Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. Michael Athmer is with Untied Tech Employment Management helping corporations and organizations with their employment issues and costs.  Michale has recently become somewhat of an expert in the ERC (employee retention credit) program. One of these programs was the employee retention credit (ERC). The ERC gives eligible employers payroll tax credits for wages and health insurance paid to employees.  Michael knew that helping his clients to qualify with this program would solidify his relationship with them and help them continue to stay afloat during  a difficult time.
