Sandy Donovan, Executive Director of BNI South Florida has been a director for over 25 years. One of the most successful in the country, Sandy has won several awards for her region for growth. She believes that being successful is not about building members in her BNI chapters but building with the right members. Are they givers, do they care about others? Do they really want to help other members grow their business and in turn believe will grow theirs. Sandy is a graduate of the University of Miami and a resident of Florida for most of her life. She had two wonderful grown children she is so proud of.
