This week's questions comes from Lloyd, he asks “What’s a personal brand, does it mean one has to be an influencer?”. A question I’ve been wanting to answer for a long time. What is personal brand and why it is over rated,
Personal brand is nothing but how people pursue you or how you want people to pursue you and your offering. In other words, a personal brand is a point of view about yourself, you want the world to see. Infact when you build a personal brand you are perceived as an expert or a pro at a certain combination of skills and experience.
One of the best examples of personal brands I could point out is Gary Vaynerchuk. The hustle guy, who speaks about entrepreneurship out loud
I hope you find these tips useful and you put them to use. Share this podcast with your friends who are looking towards building a personal brand.

This week's question comes from Joviet, and he asks “Should i drop out of college and pursue my dreams or struggle in college till I lose interest in my dream”. It is a pretty straight forward question. But the answer isn’t.
Let’s start by asking you, how much do you believe yourself that you will make the dream work. Is it something that you came up overnight? Will the dream last three years? Do you believe that this product idea or the service startup itself, even though it's still an idea?
Let’s set some ground rules, before you quit your college and pursue your dream :
If all three ground rules are checked out, go ahead and quit your college. If not let’s get to work.
Once alt these three ground rules are set, you hit the benchmark to a sustainable business venture. Use your 3-4 years of your college polishing your idea and checking out all these three ground rules, so that as you graduate you have a full proof plan on how to go ahead and take your startup full time.
I started my startup when I was in my second year of engineering. I validated my service ideas in October 2016, invested a basic amount and registered my startup in December 2016. In three years time my goal was to design and develop products for foreign country clients. And i'm proud to say this, I’ve managed to meet my 3 year goal that i set in 2016. I did all this without quitting college. If i can pull off a successful startup business despite being in college and get called out for class attendance being below 50%. I still got through and I know you will too.
In this episode of Pixelated Thoughts Podcast we will discuss about how one can take their art page to the next level. Sharing tips to grow it organically and keeping it relevant despite having such a strong competition. You don't have to compete but support each other and grow together. But most importantly loving what you do.
