While it may sound like heresy, user-centered design is slowly wearing out and no longer fits into the complex and dynamic world. There is room for new approaches to design, such as practice-centered design. We will explain what it entails and provide numerous concrete examples from projects in which we have applied it. In our opinion, the practice-centered approach allows for a better understanding of the context in which the product operates, leading to more valuable insights. And as it turns out, it is easy to convince both internal and external clients to embrace it. So, are you ready to make the switch?
