Alise began this career in 1998 as a staffing professional at Analysts International, progressed to corporate recruiting consulting at VoiceStream/T-Mobile, and went on to HR System implementation and change management consulting projects at Hewitt Associates and PepsiCo. She also co-founded and served as VP of Sales & Marketing at Improved Experience, a consulting firm that offered online feedback solutions and research for the HR and Recruiting industry. Dr. Cortney Baker is a speech therapist, business owner, entrepreneur, leadership expert, speaker, philanthropist, wife, mother of three, and proud native Texan. She received her doctoral degree from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership, where she conducted research on women who had overcome challenges in their careers in healthcare but had achieved incredible success. 

Dr. Baker is no stranger to struggle, perseverance, and hard work. She became a single mother at the age of 19 and worked diligently to put herself through school while juggling studies, work, and being a mom of a pre-schooler.
