We are about 18 months out on the pandemic journey. We have lost jobs, lost lives, found vaccinations, and continue to take them. Yet, we battle its varied mutations. We have talked about the new normal. There are things we miss from the pre-pandemic days and perhaps, others that we do not miss.

Being vulnerable and being weak is very different. While you may be open to emotional or physical harm by being vulnerable, being weak means a lack of strength. Being vulnerable shows that you are transparent and yet, able to show resilience to fight the harm that may come your way.
