As we continue to live in the midst of COVID-19 we must remember that our time is precious. We must remember that our brothers and sisters across the world need us to come together to make changes-beginning with our country through BLACK LIVES MATTER. Peace and love to you all.

We have the ability to raise a new more progressive generation and generations to come. It begins with us letting go of societal pressures and past beliefs.

If you’re feeling a bit lost remember your happiness is above all. Take a breath and refocus what is important TO YOU and not others.
