Planning for the Best, Preparing for the Worst – Business Lessons from the TikTok Ban

As I recorded this episode TikTok was about to get banned in the USA, and with that a lot of influencers and small business owners were suddenly about to see one of their main sources of referral and lead generation disappear. Now, by the time this podcast was published TikTok had already been reinstated, at least temporarily, but what are some business lessons we can all learn from this?
