I'll admit it. I have a love/hate relationship with the looming end-of-year, goal setting process. I honestly do really love the reflective process of intentionally setting the tone for the coming year. But I've done it so many times only to have it forgotten by February that I've become a teeny bit cynical about the whole deal.
