In this episode we first talk about the basic macronutrients required for our function and how much we need specifically for someone that is a runner. We go a little in-depth with the numbers and ratios. We talk a lot about CARBS!
We then talk about how you should structure foods for pre-run, during a run, and post-run. The timing is key here! We then give you specific foods you can/should consume, and the differences between consuming simple carbs vs complex carbs.
