Our guest for this final episode of the season is Heather Jackson, a strong leader of the revolution that is bringing plant medicine back to the public. She is a passionate change-maker and founder of two non-profit companies that focus on reimagining and changing how we think about, talk about, and respond to plant medicine and the people who use it.
Heather has very personal reasons for being on the front lines of this revolution for legalizing plant medicine and getting these natural ways of healing into the hands of those who desperately need them. In this interview, she shares a little of her business journey on how she got to where she is today and offers many resources and great things to think about if you or someone you love are curious to find out more about these two powerful healing plants.
Her first company, Realm of Caring, helps families with life limiting and chronic health conditions learn about and access Cannabis in order to seek relief and higher quality of life.
Her second company, Unlimited Sciences, is conducting research on how PTST and trauma can be treated and in some cases healed by the use of psilocybin (or magic mushrooms).
