  • THE SMALL KITCHEN COOKBOOK - Ashleigh Butler
Ashleigh has spent a decade living and travelling in campervans across Australia and the US with her partner, Jared. Although she left behind the ideals and conveniences of suburban life, Ash wasn’t prepared to abandon wholesome and conscious cooking, even in their unconventional kitchens.
In her first collection of more than 65 recipes for campervans, caravans and tiny homes, Ash shows it’s simple to cook delicious, seasonal and nourishing food when all you’ve got is a two-burner stove, a small fridge and an incredible, everchanging view.
She joins us on Belly for some small talk. Yum.

  • REDBANK PLAINS STATE HIGHSCHOOL PODCAST - CULTURE
This is the podcast from an 8 week CBF grant funded project to teach the students of class 8b at Redbank Plains State Highschool in Brisbane how to create their own podcast. Each week BayFMer's Rasela Torise and Lealah Shostak beamed online from the studios of BayFM in Byron into the classroom of 8b with the assistance of teacher Ines Louisa. The end result is this 24 minute class podcast titled - Culture. Big thanks to the entire class of 8b for providing us with the opportunity to share knowledge and technical skills, and for pushing beyond your comfort zones to create this very special body of work. So proud!
