Shakthi is a software engineer transforming into a digital music artist in Valencia Spain.  Shakthi grew up in Kozhikode (formerly known as Calicut) experiencing arts, beauty and culture that surrounded him.  After getting an engineering degree and years working in Blockchain and software development, he found his purpose in digital music production., which brought him to Spain for his master's degree.   In this episode, he talks about his transitions and his life in Valencia.

Sean Oh is the founder of RGLR (Pronounced /ˈreɡyələr/ ) Coffee in Toronto.  Sean has lived in Seoul, New York, Vancouver, and now he is in Toronto.  Sean shares his story behind the coffee shop, which is now 1 year old, and how he went online during the shutdowns.  He points to how Lean Startup helped him create unique events for his coffee shop.
