Episode 8 of #playingfullout is here and I have good friend and long-time business associate, Andrea Aylett-Hosch joining me for a profound conversation on how the definition of success changes throughout one’s life and what success has meant for Andrea personally.

Who is Andrea?

Andrea Aylett-Hosch, is an attorney realtor, entrepreneur, and mom to 4 amazing young adults. She has lived and worked in Central Florida for most of her life and has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 1988.

In addition to her practice in real estate law, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified mediator in Circuit, County, Appellate and Family court providing a strong background in negotiation. She also works as a licensed REALTOR® representing both real estate investors and retail clients. Andrea has been an active real estate investor in her own right since 2010, renovating, renting and selling single-family properties.

Andrea is an equity partner with Commonwealth Trust Services, LLC, a corporate trustee for land trusts throughout the state of Florida and other states. She works with clients daily to help them know the best structure for their investments as well as providing counsel on the transaction structuring, loan documents, real estate contracts, and much more.

She is also community-minded and serves on the Board of E.S.T.H.E.R.Single Mother’s Outreach a non-profit organization located in Seminole County Florida

She is also a board member of Speak the Truth Ministries since 2014. She specializes in the operations of a food pantry through management, developmental training, and the implementation of new procedures to help the organization operate more efficiently. She has served many years in the food industry holding management positions and doing administrative work for other not-for-profit establishments such as United Cerebral Palsy which is close to her heart due to her own personal disability.

Together, Andrew & Andrea strive to serve others as unto the Lord and believe in establishing a strong relationship with their community. Tune in!

Special guest Christa Hixon is in this episode of Playing Full Out! This amazing woman has done it all in real estate and because of real estate has been able to dive deep into her passions with no bars hold ’em.

Christa has built her real estate portfolio from the height of the market into the crash. Christa’s real estate investment growth significantly slowed down so she decided to join Augie Byllott’s PACT Coaching Program to help her get back on her feet. With the guidance from that program, she was able to continue purchasing real estate while all the houses were on “sale” during the market crash, including a 13 unit commercial plaza, and continues to hold them to this day.

She has experience with home renovation, buying subject-to, buying with master lease options, selling with lease purchases, landlording, land trusts, and buying using her IRA.

While enjoying the cash flow of her current properties, Christa decided to open a different kind of business- a martial arts studio that is standing on its own and bringing much fulfillment to Christa.
